Characteristics and Purposes
DR-0395 is suitable for solvent based flexo printing ink, solvent based gravure printing ink.It can greatly improve the wear resistance of solvent based ink and reduce the wear resistance of ink.It has good adaptability to benzene soluble ink, alcohol soluble ink and ester soluble ink.
Provide excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance for various surface coatings . It can be widely used in plastic paint, coil steel paint, wood paint, industrial paint and other fields.
It can be used in powder coatings. The addition of less than three thousandths can increase the hardness of powder coatings, increase the scratch resistance and wear resistance, and assist the matting in powder coatings. There is no smoke in the process of baking at 180 ºC.

Contents and Methods of Use
In different systems, the additional amount of the wax powder is generally between 0.2 to 3%.
Usually by way of a direct high-speed stirring, it dispersed in solvent-based coatings and printing inks.
Through a variety of grinding machines and high-shear dispersing device is added, use the mill to grind, to pay attention, and to control the temperature.
Pre-dispersing treatment can be performed to prepare a concentration of 20-30% wax slurry, when needed to add into the system, thus reducing the time of wax dispersion.
