Cerium stabilized zirconia beads
Properties:
1. Suitable for grinding materials with high hardness and viscosity
2. Larger density than glass beads, improves grinding efficiency
3. It is resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion, with smooth surface, easy to clean and less wear on equipment
4. High mechanical strength, impact resistance, high-speed operation without fragmentation
5. Good wear resistance: 24-45 times of glass bead, about 5 times of zirconium silicate bead
6. Grinding efficiency: 6-8 times of glass bead, 2-3 times of zirconium silicate bead
7.It has smaller density compared with pure zirconia bead,but with same mechanical strength as high-purity zirconia beads. Cerium stabilized zirconia beads has the characteristics of high hardness, low wear resistance, and lower production cost than high-purity zirconia beads. So it is the most cost-effective zirconium bead, and is an ideal substitute for high-purity zirconia beads.
