PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DR-R531 is a mineral oil antifoam. It is recommended to be applied to water-based architectural coatings, waterproof coatings, paper coatings, water-based adhesives and water-based ink.

FRATURES
The substance components of the antifoam do not contain the substances listed in the SVHC list of the REACH Regulation.

Viscosity change is small at a wide temperature range(5ºC-50ºC).

Good compatibility with application system(water-based coating, water-based ink,    paper coating and water-based adhesive, etc.).

Stable effect  during storage period.

COMPOSITION
Composed of mineral oil, metallic soaps, silica, polyether and dispersing agent.

HOW TO USE
DR-R531 antifoam is Composed of various substances. Probably this product stratifies or there are deposits after long placed and it is normal phenomenon. It is suggested that the customer stir it evenly before using and it does not affect the performance of product (the speed of stirring is between 30rpm to 60rpm).

This product can't be diluted with water. If it is diluted with water, this product may appear stratified; finally lead to the cost increase, DERUN Company accepts no responsibility.  

It is suggested that the product is added in the place where the antifoam is easy to disperse easily. The addition amount of defoaming agent accounts for 0.1-1% of the total formula amount.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE
The product is available in 25-kg, 200-kg plastic bucket and 1000-kg ton bucket; sizes can be customized according to special requirements. This product should be stored in cool and dry place.  Don't near the heat source or sunlight. If burning, put out the fire according to the extinguishing method for general petroleum products. When stored between 5 and 40ºC (41-104ºF) in the original unopened containers, the product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
