Physical and chemical properties of products:
This product is a waxy odorless solid with long carbon chain and polar amide group in its molecular structure. It has excellent surface activity and thermal stability. It is suitable for higher processing temperature, more durable smoothness and better anti-sticking effect. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, acetone and xylene, flash point: 230 C, and the product is environmentally friendly and non-toxic (through non-toxic testing), allowing it to be used in food containers and food packaging materials (GB9685-2008), this product has passed SGS green environmental testing, in line with the EU RoHS environmental protection directive.

Application
Applications:
1.It can be used as smoothing agent and slip agent for PP, CPP,BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE,EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC,PU,multi-layer co-extrusionfilm, high light transmittance agricultural film,ultra-highmolecular weight polyethylene and metallocene polyethylene. It can significantly reduce the dynamic and static friction coefficient of the surface of products(film orsheet), improve the processability and packaging efficiency.
2.It plays a smooth,anti-stickingandanti-foulingroleinink,delaysthe settling of pigments and fillers, helpsto redisperse, increases the wear resistance,scratch resistance and surface smoothness of printed matter, especially improves its smoothness and anti-stickinessin color-matching printing.
3.Adding this productto rubber(SBE, SBP, SBR,PP) can improve the gloss,stain resistance and elongation of rubber products, enhance vulcanization promotion and wear resistance, especially prevent cracking inthe sun.
4.It can be used as release agent and surface smoothing and brightening agentforthermoplastic elastomers(TPE, TEO, TPU),fluorinerubber, lubricantand release agent for engineering plastics,lubricant for LDPE calendering artificial leather,smoothing agent for fibers, non-woven fabrics and entertainment chips, lubricant for high wear-resistant materials such as PA(gear, axle sleeve,slide plate, etc.)and lubricant for ABS graphite fiber modified materials.The dispersant can be used as an effectiveanti- adhesion hotmelt adhesive.
Packaging&Storage
Packaging, storage and transportation:
Compound bags are packed in 20 kg or 25 kg net weight per bag and 1000kg per pallet.
Packaging conforms to international rules.When transported,directsunlight and rain should be prevented. Storage period is one year. It is recommended to store it in a dark and dry ventilated place.It may cause caking or discoloration if it exceeds35 C. It can still be used after one year'sinspection.This productis stored and transported according to general chemicalregulations.
