Chlorinated EVA
Brief Introduction:
Chlorinated Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (CEVA)is a resin manufactured from the raw material of Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA) through chemical modification.
Properties
The product is a white to light yellow granular or blocky solid. It has the properties of hygroscopy, low softness value, agglomeration and noninflammable.

Application:
CEVA is a good binder for plastic products. It is applicable to high grade ink, additives for treatment of fibers, paint for biaxial tension polypropylene film and laminating agent for polyethylene / polypropylene films. It has been widely used in composite ink for high grade plastics in order for improving the ink's adhesive strength, ink property, glossiness and the pigment's dispersilbility, wettability and cold resistance, etc.
Using methods:
Dissolve the product into the toluene or other solvents to prepare a solution of 20~30%.Then add the solution into the ink or other relevant system based on the ink formulation.
Packaging & Shipping
Packing:
The product should be packed into a fiberboard box lined with an internal polyethylene bag. Net weight of each box is 10kg or 20 kg.
Storage and transportation:
The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place with normal temperature. It cannot be squeezed by heavy objects to avoid stick together. It needs to be moisture and heat proofing, and should not be stored and transported with other products.
